Eric Wilkins is a Partner in the Fort Wayne, Indiana office with a practice focused on defending individuals, businesses, and insurers in complex matters. He regularly represents clients in personal injury, premises liability, construction disputes, and constitutional claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 in both state and federal courts.

Eric is known for his strategic, detail-oriented approach to litigation. He has extensive experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing high-stakes discovery, and preparing cases for trial. His practice emphasizes early case evaluation, risk assessment, and efficient resolution, whether through negotiation, mediation, or summary judgment.

He works closely with insurance carriers, corporate clients, and municipal entities, providing practical guidance that aligns legal strategy with business objectives. Eric enjoys traveling with his family, taking on home improvement projects, playing basketball and watching his children play soccer. He’s a former board member of the Police Athletic League and former head commissioner of its football program. He is also a board member at Sonrise Christian Preschool.
