James Shea is a partner in the Fort Wayne, Indiana office. He practices in the area of general insurance litigation, with an emphasis on complex litigation matters, professional malpractice defense and civil rights litigation. 

Mr. Shea received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Kings College in 1981 followed by his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1984.

Northern Indiana Public Service Company, a/k/a Nipsco, and Nisource, Inc., and John S. Bloom, as Personal Representative of Fred J.
