Dane Tubergen is a partner in the Fort Wayne, Indiana office. He practices in the areas of general insurance litigation, insurance coverage, arbitration/mediation, private judging and state and federal appeals. 

Mr. Tubergen received his B.A. from Purdue University in1967 followed by his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law in 1970.
